Angela Phelps, CIC, currently serves as the Market Development Manager at Hagerty, where responsibilities include executing a business plan to drive growth for regional segments and leading a high-performing team in the West. Previously, Angela held the position of Territory Manager at Next Insurance, facilitating partnerships with agencies for rapid binding of Small Commercial business.
