Jeff Mullenix

Jeff Mullenix has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Assistant Manager of Private Client Claims at Hagerty since March 2020, with previous roles at the same company including Assistant Manager of Liability, Total Loss & Salvage, and Assistant Manager of PD and PIP. Prior to Hagerty, Mullenix worked at ControlExpert GmbH as a TPA / Auto Physical Damage Review Expert, and at Falcon Insurance Group LLC as Claims Supervisor. Mullenix also held positions at Bristol West Insurance Group, where roles included National Training & Development Manager and Claims Supervisor, and at Farmers Insurance as Liability Claims Supervisor. Mullenix holds a BA in Criminology & Sociology from The Ohio State University, earned between 1994 and 1999.
