Jim Solce

Jim Solce is an accomplished software engineer with a diverse background in software development, team leadership, and agile practices. Currently serving as a Sr. Software Engineer at Hagerty since January 2022, Jim previously held roles at Root Insurance Company and MSU Federal Credit Union, where responsibilities included managing teams and leading digital transformations. Prior experience includes significant contributions to USAA as an Agile Tech Lead and Software Developer, as well as various internships focusing on IT operations and quality assurance. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Criminal Justice from Michigan State University, along with additional certifications in innovation and electronics technology.
