Kayla Verburg

Kayla VerBurg is a Recruiting Manager at Hagerty, having progressed from being a Recruiter to a Senior Recruiter since January 2015. Responsibilities include defining recruiting needs, networking with hiring managers, administering the screening and selection process, and implementing innovative recruiting tools. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Manager of Client Account Processing and Agency Servicing, where Kayla was responsible for team operations and Salesforce integration. Additionally, Kayla served as a Licensed Sales Agent, providing customer service and selling insurance policies, and started the career at Northwestern Michigan College as a Data Entry Processor and Admissions Ambassador. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Central Michigan University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Psychology from Northwestern Michigan College.
