Amelia Blake-Dowdle

Amelia Blake-Dowdle, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Hahn Automotive Warehouse, Inc., bringing extensive experience in HR leadership and consulting. As a Co-Founder of QUEST Rochester's HR Network and a former Project Consultant at Maynard HR Consulting, Amelia has contributed significantly to the HR field. Previous roles include Human Resources Leader at Empowering People's Independence and HR Operations/HR Systems Director at GateHouse Media. Amelia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the State University of New York at Oswego and an MBA with a focus on Organizations & Markets from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School.
