Shenju Huang has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various companies and roles. They began their career at Adecco in 2013 as a Consultant, specializing in recruiting software professionals across several regions. They achieved notable success, including being the main contact for Japan Adecco and achieving top sales performance. In 2016, they joined PwC Taiwan as a Sr. Consultant, providing consulting services in areas such as business strategy, organizational development, and employee engagement. They then moved on to become an Associate HR Manager and HRBP at Unitedlihua, where they worked with various departments across Taiwan and Hong Kong. In 2021, they took on a role as a Human Resources Manager at Crescendo Lab Ltd., where they partnered with team leads to address talent gaps and recruited talent from Taiwan, Thailand, and Japan. Most recently, they joined Hahow 好學校 as an HR Manager.
Shenju Huang completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics at National Taiwan University from 2008 to 2012. Shenju then pursued an MSc in Management, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General, at The University of Edinburgh from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Human Resources: Compensation and Benefits" in March 2023, "Strategic Human Resources" in August 2021, "The Future of Workplace Learning" in August 2021, and "HR as a Business Partner" in August 2019.
