James Mullen

James Mullen is an experienced human resources professional with a strong focus on compensation and benefits. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at HAI Group since April 2018, James has held various roles including Assistant Director of Compensation & Benefits and Compensation & Benefits Manager. Prior to HAI Group, James worked at FuelCell Energy as Manager of Compensation & HRIS and at Pitney Bowes as Senior Compensation Analyst. Additional experience includes positions at Tangoe, Thomson Reuters, United Technologies, Dell, and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), where James developed a comprehensive background in compensation management. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
