Leo Barrera

Leo Barrera is the current Director of Operations at Hai Hospitality. Prior to this, they served as Managing Partner at Uchiko from January 2011 to February 2016. Leo has also been a Partner at St Philip Pizza Parlor + Bakeshop from October 2014 to November 2015, and General Manager & Beverage Director at Craft Atlanta from November 2008 to January 2011. Additionally, Barrera has served as Assistant General Manager / Beverage Director at Tabla from September 2007 to September 2008, Dining Room Manager at Gramercy Tavern from April 2007 to September 2007, and Assistant Beverage Director at Gramercy Tavern from December 2003 to April 2006. Leo began their career with Gramercy Tavern in April 2001 as Wine Cellar Assistant / Captain / Fronwaiter / Backwaiter.
