Tony Montero

Tony Montero currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Hai Hospitality, a position held since June 2017. Prior to this role, Tony was the Senior Vice President of the Brewery Division at CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries, Inc. from 2014 to 2017. Tony's extensive experience in the restaurant industry includes various leadership roles at The Cheesecake Factory between 1996 and 2014, culminating in the position of Regional Vice President of Operations. Earlier career milestones include ownership of River Runners and DLB, Inc., as well as managerial positions at Vista Host Hotels Management & Development. Tony Montero began professional life as the owner-operator of DLB Valet from 1982 to 1985. Education includes studies at East Carolina University from 1986 to 1988.
