Andy de la Cruz

Andy De La Cruz is an associate attorney at Haight Brown & Bonesteel, specializing in general liability and transportation law since September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a judicial law clerk at the Nevada Court of Appeals from August 2022 to August 2023, and a law clerk at Yoka & Smith, LLP in the summer of 2021. Andy also held a position as a research assistant at Southwestern Law School, assisting Professor Danielle K. Hart, and participated in the Community Lawyering Clinic. Additional roles include judicial externships at the Hawai’i Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Central District of California, as well as working as an intake screener/paralegal for Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from UCLA.
