Ida Jansheden

Ida Jansheden has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ida currently works at Hailey HR as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand since May 2023. Prior to that, Ida worked at Klarna, where they held various roles including Competence Lead from June 2022 to April 2023, Senior Staffing Specialist from December 2020 to June 2022, Staffing Specialist from February 2020 to December 2020, Support for Leads from October 2019 to March 2020, Coordinator for Design Operations from March 2019 to October 2019, and Debt Collection Agent from August 2018 to March 2019. Before their time at Klarna, they worked at Telia Company as a Flagship Store Saleswoman from June 2017 to August 2018 and as a Flagship Store Hostess from August 2016 to June 2017. Ida's early work experience includes a role as a Real Estate Assistant at Fastighetsbyrån from September 2015 to June 2016.

Ida Jansheden completed their Gymnasieexamen in the field of Samhällsvetenskapsprogrammet inriktning Medier, information och kommunikation from Young Business Creatives, spanning from 2013 to 2016. Later, they pursued a Kandidatexamen in Personal, arbete och organisation from Stockholm University, which was completed from 2019 to 2022. Subsequently, Ida enrolled in a Leadership program at Mindset AB from 2022 to 2023.
