Erik Lie

Erik Lie's work experience includes being a Co-Founder at Hailstone Labs since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Crypto.com as the Head of Research from September 2019 to June 2021, and as a Data Analytics Manager from February 2018 to September 2019. Erik also served as a Senior Actuarial Consultant at Deloitte from February 2016 to February 2018, and as an Actuarial Analyst at AXA from January 2013 to February 2016.

Erik Lie completed their Ph.D. in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from UCL School of Management from 2022 to 2027. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Hong Kong between 2018 and 2021. Erik also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Insurance, Financial, and Actuarial Analysis, which they earned from The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2009 to 2013. Erik Lie has also obtained numerous certifications in various fields, including machine learning, software development, and big data management.
