Steven Kwok

Steven Kwok has extensive experience in corporate finance and financial management. Steven is currently serving as an Executive Director in Corporate Finance at Haitong International Securities Group Limited since August 2021. Prior to this, they were the Executive Director and Head of Corporate Finance at CMBC Capital Holdings Limited from September 2017 to August 2021. Steven also held positions at Haitong International Securities Group Limited, where they served as a Senior Vice President in Corporate Finance from January 2015 to June 2017, and as a Vice President in Corporate Finance from July 2011 to December 2014. Steven started their career as a Finance Manager at SML from November 2009 to July 2011. Before that, Steven worked as an Assurance Manager at PwC from August 2004 to October 2009.

From 2001 to 2004, Steven Kwok attended The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in the field of Accounting.
