Prakritish Sen Eshore

Prakritish Sen Eshore is a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in engineering management and productivity improvement. Currently serving as a Principal Member of Technical Staff at Endor Labs since December 2022, Prakritish previously held the position of Senior Manager at Netskope, where responsibilities included managing the Engineering Productivity/Developers Experience Team and overseeing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery. Prior roles include Engineering Manager at Akamai Technologies and Juniper Networks, and a Project Lead at FCG India, demonstrating a consistent focus on leading teams through software development, testing, and support. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Prakritish has developed expertise in various technologies, including AWS, Jenkins, and virtualization, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering degree from BIT Mesra.
