Shomari Chase has worked as a Tier 2 Technical Support Agent at haku since 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Comcast from 2016 to 2020, where they held two roles. Shomari Chase started their education journey in 2011 at Miami Dade College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Music Education. Shomari completed this program in 2015. In 2019, Shomari returned to Miami Dade College to further their education. Shomari obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, specializing in Cloud Support Engineering. During the same year, Shomari earned an additional certification as an AWS Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
