Michael Kraft

Michael Kraft is a seasoned professional in the restaurant industry with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Jimmy B’s Culinary + Krafted since November 2020, Michael also holds the position of Creator and Operating Partner at Neighborhood Jam since October 2017. Additionally, Michael has been with Hal Smith Restaurant Group since June 2009, progressing from Manager to Executive General Manager. Michael holds a degree in Hospitality Management, specializing in Restaurant/Food Services Management from the University of Mississippi, obtained between 2011 and 2015.
