Jason Mathias

Jason Mathias currently serves as President & CEO of Avail Car Sharing at Allstate, leading the company through its next growth phase and overseeing a team of over 200. Previously, Jason held positions at Avail Car Sharing as Senior Vice President & COO, and at Homesnap as Chief Operating Officer, where responsibilities included driving go-to-market strategies and operational growth. Additional experiences include roles at LivingSocial, VRBO HomeAway, and Dell Inc., where Jason contributed to revenue operations, sales strategies, and global marketing initiatives. Jason also serves on the Board of Directors for DoSomething.org and is an angel investor with Halcyon. Military service includes a role as Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve. Jason earned a BBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
