Sharon Hyzy

Sharon Hyzy is an experienced professional in clinical and research program management, currently serving as the Director at Halda Therapeutics since October 2025. Previously, Sharon held the role of Director at Vor Bio, overseeing preclinical and translational activities, and served as Associate Director of Program Management at Magenta Therapeutics, where coordination of an IND-stage ADC program was key. With a background as a Senior Scientist at bluebird bio, Sharon directed preclinical efficacy studies and managed teams focused on drug candidates for Severe Genetic Diseases. Additionally, Sharon has consulting experience in project management. Sharon holds a Master of Science in Biology from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Boston University.
