Jonny Linford's work experience begins in 2012 when they worked as a Drafter at CAD Design Group. Jonny then transitioned to a role as a Carpenter at Wallace Woodworks Artisans Inc., where they designed and handcrafted furniture and installations. Jonny then worked as a Business Account Specialist at Access Development before moving on to DigiCert, Inc. as a Quality Assurance Intern and later as a Partner Relations Intern.
In 2017, Jonny joined Chatbooks as an Android Engineer, where they managed the Java/Kotlin code base for the Chatbooks Android App and led automated and manual testing for the Android and IOS apps. Jonny also developed an automated Selenium testing framework for internal sales management and control UI and contributed to the testing and design of Node.js UI software and a C# backend.
Moving forward, in 2018, Jonny became a part of Brigham Young University as a Team Member in the Data Science Capstone, and as a Research Assistant in the Data Mining Lab. Jonny then worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Lockheed Martin in 2019, followed by a Software Engineer role at Route from 2020 to 2021.
Most recently, Jonny worked at Amazon as a Software Development Engineer from 2021 to 2023. Jonny is currently employed at Halda as a Software Engineer.
Jonny Linford's education history begins in 2009 when they attended Alta High School and completed their high school degree in 2012. After completing high school, they pursued further education in the field of Computer Science. From 2015 to 2016, they attended Utah Valley University, but it is not specified if they obtained a degree during this time. Finally, from 2017 to 2019, Jonny attended Brigham Young University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
