Prasoon Kumar Singh has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. PRASOON KUMAR worked as an Intern at Ultimate Flexipack Ltd, where they focused on tasks related to ESI and PF challan submission and Gratuity payment calculations. In 2014, they joined Future Group as an HR Executive, responsible for recruitment, entry and exit processes, and managing HR functions at a Big Bazaar store. From 2016 to 2019, Prasoon worked at Haldiram Snacks Pvt.Ltd. as a Sales Human Resources professional, handling HR functions for a sales team of over 600 employees and coordinating induction and training programs. In 2020, they worked as a Freelance Trainer, providing corporate trainings, content writing, and foundation courses for management students. In 2021, Prasoon was a People Development Manager at HestaBit, where they designed e-learning trainings, defined HR policies, and implemented the quarterly Performance Management System. PRASOON KUMAR then joined Reliance Retail in 2021 as Cluster HR, focusing on HR management within the cluster. Currently, Prasoon is working at Haldiram's as an Assistant Manager Learning & Development.

Prasoon Kumar Singh completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Jagannath Institute of Management Sciences, Rohini (Guru Nanak Dev University) between 2008 and 2011. PRASOON KUMAR then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Icfai Business School (IBS), Gurgaon between 2012 and 2014. Later, between 2016 and 2018, Prasoon earned a Diploma in Training & Development from the Indian Society for Training & Development.
