Carolina Mir Tønder has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Carolina Mir currently holds the position of Head of Global Talent Acquisition (CoE) at Topsoe, where they previously served as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead. Prior to joining Topsoe, Carolina was the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at MAN Energy Solutions from 2019 to 2022.
