Susanne Irving

Susanne Irving has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Susanne'smost recent role was as the Global People and Leadership Lead at Topsoe, which they started in May 2021. Prior to that, they owned their own business called Human@Mind from November 2019 to May 2021. At VELUX, they held several positions including Head of Global Learning & Development from February 2017 to November 2019, Leadership Programme Manager from March 2014 to January 2017, Head of Learning & Development from February 2013 to March 2014, and Leadership Consultant from November 2010 to January 2013. Susanne worked as a Senior HRD Consultant at DONG Energy from December 2007 to November 2010. Before that, they were an HRD Consultant at Jyske Bank, specifically at Jyske Asset Management, from February 2001 to November 2007. Susanne also worked as an HRD Consultant at Ledelsesakademiet, Handelsskolen i Ishøj og Taastrup from August 1996 to January 2001. Susanne'scareer began as a Teacher at Handelsskolen i Ishøj og Taastrup from August 1991 to August 1996.

Susanne Irving earned their Master's degree (cand.merc) in HR from Copenhagen Business School from 1986 to 1992. In 2019, they obtained an EMCC accreditation in Certified systemic coaching from Mannaz | Kurser, uddannelser og konsulentydelser. During the same year, they also received a certification as a MindStrain coach in Stress Management and Coping Skills from MindStrain. Additionally, Susanne completed a two-year part-time program as a Process consultant from Dispuk. Susanne has acquired additional certifications in ActeeChange from HUMAN UNIVERZ, Human Synergistics: LSI, LWS, GSI, OCI, OEI from Human Synergistics, Leadership Development Framework from Harthill Consulting Ltd, and MBTI, DiSC, OPQ, PLI from Several Organizations. Lastly, they obtained a PROCI ADKAR Change management certification from proacteur.
