Associate Cipd Paula Holt

Paula Holt is an experienced HR professional with a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. Currently, they serve as the Human Resources Director at INX International Ink Co. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at PHResourcing, where they provided expert HR advice and support to businesses. Paula also held the position of Interim Head of HR at Watt.co.uk and was responsible for overseeing HR functions. Paula gained experience as a Human Resources Business Partner at National Car Parks Limited and held various roles at Christy Towels, including Head of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager. Additionally, Paula worked as an HR Advisor at Bunzl Retail Supplies, where they established a strong HR function and provided support to managers and employees.

Paula Holt, Associate CIPD, obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2011 to 2012.
