Michel Lalonde

Michel Lalonde has over twenty years of experience in human resources. Michel began their career in 1998 as Director of Human Resources at Bombardier. In 2006, they moved to Pratt & Whitney Canada as Director of Human Resources - Global Compensation. From 2016 to 2019, they served as VP Talent & Culture - Coalitions and Vice President Global Compensation at Aimia Inc. In 2019, they became VP Corporatif aux ressources humaines at Loto-Québec. In 2020, they joined SNC-Lavalin as Vice President Human Resources Canada. Currently, they are Vice President Administration & Operations at HALEO Clinic.

Michel Lalonde began their education in 1989 when they attended Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al and earned their Baccalaureat in Actuarial in 1992. Michel then became a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. In 2007, they obtained an Executive MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
