Akhil Mangla has more than 15 years of experience in the field of IT with a focus on service management and architecture. Their most recent role is as Lead ServiceNow Product Owner & Principal Architect at Haleon since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Coforge as a Sr. Practice Leader for ServiceNow & AIOps from 2020 to 2022. From 2016 to 2020, they served as a Domain Architect at DXC Technology. Akhil has also held roles as a Solution Architect at Recconix in 2015, an Architect at Wipro in 2015, and a Manager at GENPACT in 2014. Their experience also includes working at CSC as a Sr. Solution Architect for Enterprise Service Management from 2008 to 2014. Before that, they worked at TCS as an I.T Analyst and Openview Consultant in 2008, Hewlett-Packard as a Service Delivery Consultant II from 2007 to 2008, and Wipro Infotech Ltd as an SI Engineer from 2005 to 2007. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in application integration, architecture design, and IT service management.

Akhil Mangla earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Guru Jambheshwar University from 2001 to 2005. Later, from 2017 to 2019, they obtained an EPGP/EMBA degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
