Anne Jenner

Anne Jenner has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies.

Anne is currently the HR Project Lead at Haleon since 2023.

Previously, at GSK, they held multiple roles including HR Head for the Northern Europe Business Unit, Global Transformation Lead, HR Business Leader for R&D and Worldwide Medical Affairs R&D, Global Programmes Director for HR & EHSS, and Global Programme Manager for HR and EHSS Future Leaders.

Before joining GSK, Anne worked as a Programme Manager and Change Programme Manager (Consultant) at the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.

Prior to that, they served as the Head of HR Business Support at the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames.

At the beginning of their career, Anne worked as a Recruitment Account Manager at GSK.

Anne Jenner obtained a BA (Hons) 2:1 degree in History from the University of Nottingham in the years 1991 to 1994. In 2009, they received a Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development in the field of Change Management/Restructuring from DMS Consultancy. In 2021 and 2022, they pursued a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Henley Business School. Anne Jenner also holds additional certifications, including an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation obtained in December 2022 and an ICF Member Badge obtained in March 2022.
