Helen Cheng

Helen Cheng is a seasoned finance leader with extensive experience in driving organizational performance and financial stewardship across multiple regions. Currently serving as the Head of Finance for the Haleon Productivity Program since July 2022, Helen co-leads a global initiative aimed at achieving £300 million in annual cost savings. Prior to this role, Helen held various positions at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, including Head of Finance for the APAC region and Vice President of Finance for multiple regions, overseeing substantial annual sales. Helen's career also includes significant contributions at Affiliated Computer Systems, where a successful outsourcing project led to a multi-year contract with General Motors, and at RHI Refractories/Harbison Walker as Executive Director of Finance. Helen Cheng earned an MBA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's Degree from Tsinghua University.
