Jose E. Soto

Jose E. Soto has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Jose E. currently holds the position of CH Data Integrity Director at Haleon, where they lead global data integrity initiatives and monitors progress and effectiveness of data integrity plans. Prior to joining Haleon, Jose worked at GSK for over two decades in various roles such as Quality Director, Quality Systems and Quality Director, NA Consumer Healthcare. Jose E. has also held positions as a Stability Hub Manager, Laboratory Support Project Leader, Laboratory Operations Manager, Laboratory Team Leader, and Technical Support Scientist. During their career, Jose has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing teams and budgets, as well as implementing improvement projects and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Jose E. has expertise in quality control, laboratory operations, data integrity, and supply chain management. Before GSK, Jose worked as a Scientist at Pharmacia, conducting method transfers, establishing acceptance criteria, and developing and validating assays.

Jose E. Soto obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras from 1989 to 1994. Jose E. then completed their Doctor of Philosophy degree in Analytical Chemistry from Texas A&M University in the year 2000.
