Mary Connors

Mary Connors serves as the HR Director at Haleon since April 2024, previously holding the same title for Ireland and the UK at Cartamundi from November 2022 to January 2024. With extensive experience in human resources, Mary has also contributed to Ball Corporation as Director and Manager of Strategic HR Business Partner EMEA from July 2016 to November 2022, and managed HR at Rexam Beverage Can Ireland Ltd and PRL Group. Mary’s earlier roles include recruitment consultancy at Smart Placements Ltd and ManpowerGroup, as well as a part-time marketing position at Verve Event Management while studying. Academic credentials include an MSc in Human Resource Management from University College Dublin, a BA (Hons) Degree in Business Studies from South East Technological University, and a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Irish Management Institute.
