Meredith Herman has a diverse work experience in the field of global marketing and consumer experience. Meredith has held leadership positions at various companies, including Haleon, GSK, R/GA, Organic, and OgilvyOne.

At Haleon, Meredith currently serves as the VP and Head of Global Marketing Services and Consumer Experience, overseeing marketing effectiveness in multiple markets and brands.

Previously at GSK, they held multiple roles, including VP and Head of Global Marketing Services and Consumer Experience, where they expanded the scope of their team to include experience design. Meredith also led Global Marketing Services, focusing on keeping GSK at the forefront of marketing innovations. Prior to that, they served as the Global Digital Content and PR Lead, accelerating content strategy and development for global brands.

Before joining GSK, Meredith worked at R/GA as a Group Account Director, managing cross-disciplinary teams and delivering multi-channel marketing solutions for clients such as McCormick, Verizon Wireless & FiOS, Pfizer, and Unilever.

Meredith also has experience at Organic as a Director and OgilvyOne as a Global Marketing Director, Partner, and Management Supervisor.

Throughout their career, Meredith has demonstrated a strong focus on digital marketing, eCommerce, and driving marketing effectiveness and innovation. Meredith'sleadership has resulted in significant growth and recognition for their teams, including industry awards.

Meredith Herman completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson in 2022, focusing on Brand Management. Meredith also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1992 to 1996.
