Mike Hale

Mike Hale currently serves as the VP Europe Quality & Supply Chain CMO Head at Haleon, where responsibilities include defining strategy and leading execution of cross-functional contract manufacturing operations across Europe. Prior experience includes leading global productivity initiatives in quality and supply chain at Haleon, as well as serving as the EHS & Engineering Head for Europe, where significant growth and operational efficiency were achieved across multiple manufacturing sites and commercial units. Mike Hale has held various engineering roles at GSK and Nestlé, including Chief Engineer for Nestlé Waters in Europe and Engineering Head for several power brand manufacturing sites. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Advanced Manufacturing Systems & Technology and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Liverpool.
