Natalie Barnes is currently the Supply Chain Digital & Analytics Lead at Haleon, where Natalie provides end-to-end reporting visibility and performs data analysis on various stages of the supply chain process. Prior to this role, Natalie was a Reporting Operations Analyst at Syneos Health, where Natalie streamlined reporting processes, improved reports in Business Intelligence platforms, and conducted internal and external analysis. Natalie holds a Master of Business Administration in Analytics and Information Management from Rutgers Business School, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics and Information Technology and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Raritan Valley Community College.
