Oleg Borisov

Oleg Borisov currently serves as the Digital and Tech Lead for Russia at Haleon, beginning in January 2024. Prior to this role, Oleg held multiple positions at Avon from March 2010 to January 2024, including Program Manager and Implementation Lead, where Oleg was instrumental in the digital transformation agenda and managed the implementation of an ERP system across 35 EMEA markets. Oleg's career also includes significant roles at ROSNO, R&B Consulting, Mars LLC, Eleks Polus, and Yukos, where Oleg demonstrated expertise in project management, IT transformation, and cost-saving initiatives. Oleg's educational background includes a Licence in English and North American Studies from Université Marc Bloch and a Master's degree from Moscow Pedagogical State University.
