Rory Litherland Fcipd

Rory Litherland FCIPD currently serves as the Global Head of Organisational Effectiveness at Haleon since January 2024 and holds a position as a Board Trustee at The Children's Trust since July 2023. As the co-founder and Human Resources Consultant at Noble Mackay from November 2020 to January 2024, Rory has extensive experience in human resources leadership, having previously held roles such as Organisation Effectiveness Leader at Pandora and SVP Human Resources for Europe and Africa at 21st Century Fox. Interim Chief People Officer positions include tenures at Sonnedix, Frank Recruitment Group, and The Workshop - Inventors of play, aimed at developing HR functions. Rory also served as Vice President of Human Resources at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, managing HR across International Television, and as HR Manager for General Electric's UK businesses. Academic qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Leicester and an MA in Advanced Organisational Consultation from City St George’s, University of London.
