Tim Gardner

Tim Gardner is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Head of M&A at Haleon since June 2022, Tim previously held various key roles at GSK from April 2002 to June 2022, including leading public documents for the GSK Consumer Healthcare Demerger, directing business development initiatives, and evaluating strategic investment opportunities across different segments. Tim began their career as an Associate at Deloitte before progressing to the role of Group Financial Controller at Diligenti Ltd. Tim holds a First Class Honours degree in European Studies (Economics and German) from The University of Manchester.
