Tomokazu Imai

Tomokazu Imai currently serves as the Finance Director for North Asia at Haleon, overseeing financial operations in Japan and Korea and acting as a board member for Japan Haleon since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tomokazu held various senior finance positions at Johnson & Johnson, including Senior Finance Director for Consumer Health Japan and Dr.Ci:Labo from July 2021 to December 2023, and Finance Director at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson from August 2019 to June 2021. Tomokazu's experience also includes roles at Novartis as Department Head of BPA Commercial and Group Manager of Business Development & Licensing Finance from June 2016 to August 2019, as well as a Group Manager position at Coca-Cola Japan Company Ltd. from July 2010 to May 2016. Tomokazu Imai holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Tokyo, completed between January 1996 and January 2002.
