Scott Miller

Scott Miller is currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer and Municipal Infrastructure Director at Haley Ward, Inc. Scott has extensive experience in the engineering industry, having previously held titles such as Regional Manager, Vice President, and President at Haley and Ward. Scott also served as the President of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Massachusetts (ACEC/MA). Scott holds an MBA in Business Administration from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, an MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Northeastern University, and a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University.
