Gabrielle Powell is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in front office operations and customer service. Currently serving as Front Office Supervisor at Half Moon since March 2019, Gabrielle has developed skills in managing front desk operations and guest relations. Prior positions at Playa Hotels & Resorts included roles as Switchboard Operator, Front Desk Agent, and Housekeeping Coordinator from July 2017 to March 2019. Gabrielle's career began with various roles at Hilton Hotels & Resorts in 2014, including Junior Clerk and Front Office Trainee, following a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Resort Management from the University of Technology, Jamaica (2014-2017) and an Associate’s Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management from The Montego Bay Community College (2012-2014).
