Peter Hartley

Peter Hartley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Peter started their career as a Mechanical Design and Product Development intern at Avant Technology in 2013. Later that year, they worked as a CAD Lab Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin. In 2014, Peter served as a Summer Engineering Tech V at the Texas Department of Transportation.

In 2015, they were an Undergraduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin. Peter then joined Halff Associates in 2016 and initially worked as a Civil Engineer, where they performed plan production, design, and modeling for site and land developments. In March 2019, they transitioned to a Project Manager role at Halff Associates, responsible for managing Capital Improvement Projects for the Infrastructure Delivery Line at Houston Public Works. During this time, they also led technology initiatives and working groups for process improvement. Peter continued working at Halff Associates as the Deputy Program Manager for the Project Support and Technical Services contract with the City of Houston. In this role, they provided support for program and project management efforts on the Cedar Bayou Bond Implementation Management Program for the Harris County Flood Control District.

Peter Hartley attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
