Rachael Todd has a diverse work experience. Rachael began their career as an Office Assistant at Mississippi State University in 2011. Rachael then worked as a Civil Engineering Intern at the Mississippi Department of Transportation in 2013. In the same year, they also served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Mississippi State University. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Texas A&M University at Galveston. Currently, they are employed as a Water Resources Engineer at Halff Associates, starting in 2016.
Rachael Todd holds a Master of Marine Resources Management degree from Texas A&M University Galveston Campus, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Mississippi State University, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from 2010 to 2014. Rachael has also obtained several certifications, including becoming a Professional Engineer (PE) through the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in February 2021. In May 2020, they acquired the Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP) certification from the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure. Additionally, Rachael is a Certified Food Manager (CFM) accredited by the Texas Floodplain Management Association since February 2020. Rachael began their professional engineering journey as an Engineer-in-Training, certified by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers in June 2016.
