Water Resources Project Manager at Halff

Sam Edwards, PE, CFM has a diverse work experience in the field of water resources engineering. Sam began their career as an Engineering Intern at San Antonio Water System in 2004. Sam then joined HDR in 2005, where they worked as a Water Resources Engineer and served as a project engineer and project manager for water resources work in North Texas. In 2014, they moved to ARCADIS U.S. as a Water Resources Engineer. Currently, they work at Halff Associates as a Water Resources Project Manager, a role they have held since 2015.

Sam Edwards, PE, CFM attended The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.

In addition to their degree, Sam Edwards, PE, CFM holds several certifications. Sam is a Certified Floodplain Manager, accredited by the Association of State Floodplain Managers. Sam also possesses a Professional Engineering License from the Oklahoma State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
