Steven Miller

Steven Miller, PE is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in transportation and mobility solutions. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President at Halff since July 2017, Steven has previously held senior leadership roles at HNTB, including Vice President and Project Director, and served as Engineering Division Director at Alliance Transportation Group, Inc. earlier in their career. Steven's expertise includes managing transportation business units and overseeing operations in various capacities at notable firms such as MACTEC and KBR, Inc. Steven holds a Master of Science in Construction Engineering and Project Management from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
