Andy Turbefield has over 15 years of work experience in the automotive industry. Andy started their career as a Regional General Manager at Nationwide Autocentres Ltd in 2004. Andy then worked as a Territory Manager at Nationwide Crash Repair Centres Ltd before joining Halfords Autocentres in 2009. At Halfords Autocentres, Andy held several roles including Quality Compliance & Safety Manager, Learning & Development Implementation Manager, and Head of Quality & Training. Their responsibilities included developing and delivering training programs, implementing quality procedures, and leading technical training programs. Currently, as the Head of Quality, their focus is on reviewing and improving the quality process, particularly with the introduction of new technologies and a bespoke garage management system. Overall, Andy Turbefield has extensive experience in quality management, training, and operations within the automotive industry.
