Jenni Smith

Jenni Smith has held various finance-related roles throughout their career. Jenni started at KPMG in 2008, where they worked in audit until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Jaguar Land Rover as a Financial Process, Risk, and Control Expert, where they developed a process for a global risk and controls matrix. In 2018, they joined JELD-WEN as the European Financial Controller and later the FP&A Manager. Most recently, they worked at Halfords, starting in 2019, where they held roles as the Head of Group Financial Reporting, Head of Financial Control, and currently, as the Head of Group Financial Reporting and Control.

Jenni Smith completed their A levels in Mathematics, Chemistry, IT, and Music at King Edward VI Camp Hill School for Girls from 1997 to 2004. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Engineering at the University of Warwick from 2004 to 2008.
