Paul joined Halfords from Sainsbury's in 2016 where he was Head of Formats and Design. Prior to this he held a number of leadership roles in Property, Marketing and Central Operations at Tesco including a secondment in Hungary where he played a key part in expanding Tesco’s hypermarket proposition.
