Niko Lorentzatos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal and corporate leadership roles, having served as EVP, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Oasis Petroleum from September 2010 to July 2022. Niko holds a JD from the University of Houston and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin, complemented by a BA in Politics from Washington and Lee University. Currently, Niko is engaged as a Certified Halftime Coach at Halftime, a mentor at TrueWorks and Ardent Mentoring, focusing on self-exploration and supporting social entrepreneurs. Prior to these roles, Niko held various legal positions at Targa Resources, Burlington Resources, and Bracewell & Patterson, LLP, demonstrating a strong commitment to fostering purpose, meaning, and transformation in the workforce and the community.
