Paul Steinway

Paul Steinway is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in power plant development, project management, financing, and operations. Currently serving as a Halftime Certified Coach and Master Certified Halftime Coach at Halftime Institute since February 2014, Paul also held the position of CEO at Steinway Power Asset Consulting from January 2012 to June 2014. Previous roles include Asset Manager and Project Developer at Starwood Energy Group & Wood Group Operations West, President at Kinder Morgan Power Company, and Partner/Founder at Thermo Cogeneration Partnership. Paul has extensive expertise in project EPC management and operations for cogeneration projects across multiple states and jurisdictions. Earlier experience includes roles in natural gas marketing at Gas Service Company and engineering at General Electric Company. Paul Steinway earned degrees in Professional Pilot and Aircraft Maintenance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed General Electric Field Engineering training.
