Chad Wadden

Chad Wadden serves as the Department Head of Fine Arts and Technology at Halifax West High School and supervises the graduation broadcast for Halifax Regional Centre for Education, where responsibilities include setting up broadcast feeds and creating motion graphics. Instructing various technology and film courses since 2000, Chad has also coached the NS Skills 2D Animation Team and provided professional development on Adobe products to educators. Additionally, Chad has significant experience in basketball coaching, including roles as Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach at Dalhousie and Head Coach for the University of King's College, achieving multiple AUS championships. Educational qualifications include degrees in Science and Psychology from Dalhousie University and Technology Integration from the University College of Cape Breton, along with participation in various leadership programs.
