Tanja Nikolovska

Tanja Nikolovska has extensive experience in the banking and IT sectors, currently serving as the Head of the Software Support and Development Department at HALKBANK AD Skopje since May 2012. In this role, Tanja leads the Development Team within the IT Department, overseeing Software Development, Digital Services, and various banking applications. Prior to this position, Tanja held multiple roles including Head of IT Core Banking Support Unit & IT Digital Banking and R&D Unit, and Senior IT Specialist/Team Leader. Tanja's earlier experience includes working as a Project Manager and Software Developer at Interway from February 2007 to May 2012, focusing on the development and maintenance of banking information systems using tools such as MS SQL and Visual Studio. Tanja holds a degree from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje, obtained between 2002 and 2007.
