Jay Swamy

Jay Swamy is an experienced Training Coordinator currently at Hall since July 2021, specializing in the design and development of training programs. Prior to this, Jay served in similar roles at BC Construction Safety Alliance from May 2020 to July 2021, managing the delivery of training services, and at Paladin Security Group Ltd from March 2017 to May 2020, focusing on performance improvement courses. Jay's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Concord Security Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed both training and development management as well as crisis management as a Senior Health and Safety Officer. Jay's background in emergency medical services as a Primary Care Paramedic with the British Columbia Ambulance Service further complements a diverse skill set in training and safety. Educational qualifications include a Primary Care Paramedic Diploma from the Justice Institute of British Columbia and a High School diploma from Burnaby Central Secondary.
